Frequently asked questions

What happens if I add more than six photos?

Only the first six are used, ordered as you dropped them. Extra files are ignored rather than shrinking every cell.

Are photos cropped or squeezed?

Neither. Each photo is scaled and centered to fit its cell without distortion; edges that overflow are trimmed away, so portraits stay portrait-shaped within squares.

Why is the finished file a PNG?

PNG keeps every pixel sharp for collage grids, including your chosen background color and any transparent gaps.
